It was an honor to show up to support the annual KY Betty Smothers Relays and Track Meet in Baton Rouge, LA.

Held every year to honor and celebrate my mother's legacy while inspiring young athletes to reach their dreams!

I had the honor of joining my former Tampa Bay Buccaneers teammate, Ryan Nece, for his 2024 Power of Giving Huddle.

We shared our passion for the community and discussed how we can use our platforms to make a positive impact.

This past Tuesday, we surprised not just one family but two families in Eatonton, GA. We welcomed Ms. I'Kerria and her daughter Journiee to the Homes for the Holiday family, Home #222, for the charity and Ms. Barbara and her kids, Kentrell and Kassidy, Home #223 for the charity.

Today marks the 59th anniversary of Bloody Sunday, a march held in Selma, Alabama, in 1965 for the 600 people attacked on the Edmund Pettus Bridge.

Last year, the 54th Mile Project kicked off with a visit to Selma. As members of the steering committee for the National Policing Institute, we walked across the bridge as a reminder to create safe and effective policing policies that build trust within communities.

Happy Heavenly birthday to my father figure, my pop's Maelen Brooks known as Choo Choo, who passed away last Mother's Day.

I am thankful to have had him in my life since I was 9 years old. He treated me like a son and was always there for me when I needed him. He taught me so much about being a man.

The Red Mass was celebrated on October 12th at the Basilica of the Sacred Heart of Jesus for judges, clergy, and attorneys to celebrate the beginning of a new judicial year and to invoke God's blessings for peace and justice.

It was an honor to be presented with the St. Thomas of Assisi Award.
