What started as Erwin Management Group, a trucking management company focused on helping carriers, owner-operators, and fleets grow, has evolved into something much bigger.
I realized the challenges weren't just in transportation.
The same things holding back a trucking company owner are often holding back a future restaurant owner, healthcare entrepreneur, nonprofit founder, technology startup, or community leader.
The problem usually isn't talent.
The problem is clarity.
People don't know where to start.
They don't know their purpose.
They don't know how to turn an idea into a business.
They don't know how to make their money work for them.
And too many people spend years planning, researching, and waiting instead of executing.
I've learned that ideas are valuable.
But ex*****on is priceless.
That's why I transformed Erwin Management Group from a trucking management company into a business development ecosystem focused on helping people discover opportunities, build systems, launch businesses, and create wealth.
And that's why I created Erwin AI.
Erwin AI wasn't built to replace people.

After an overwhelming response and a growing number of students interested in becoming specimen collectors, Erwin Management Group proudly presents Prime Specimen Collector™.
We temporarily put everything on hold to build a dedicated training and business development platform designed to help aspiring specimen collectors enter the industry and, for those who choose, build their own specimen collection businesses.
What is Prime Specimen Collector™?
Prime Specimen Collector™ is a training program created for individuals who want to become specimen collectors while also providing a pathway for entrepreneurs who want to build and scale a specimen collection business.
Whether your goal is simply to learn the profession or eventually secure clients and contracts, Prime Specimen Collector was built to support both paths.
One thing we noticed was that aspiring collectors were often forced to wait months for training opportunities because classes were only offered a few times a year. With growing demand, limited instructor availability, and increasing interest from entrepreneurs, we knew there had to be a better solution.
That's why Prime Specimen Collector was created.
Our long-term vision is to make quality specimen collector training and business resources available 365 days a year instead of only a few times annually.
