Chocolate Ganache Cake Recipe 🍫🎂
Ingredients:
2 cups all-purpose flour
2 cups granulated sugar
3/4 cup unsweetened cocoa powder 🍫
2 tsp baking powder
1 1/2 tsp baking soda
1 tsp salt
1 cup whole milk
1/2 cup vegetable oil
2 large eggs 🥚
2 tsp vanilla extract
1 cup boiling water
For the Ganache:
1 cup heavy cream 🥛
8 oz semi-sweet chocolate chips 🍫
Instructions:
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease and flour two 9-inch round baking pans.
Make the cake: In a large bowl, combine flour, sugar, cocoa powder, baking powder, baking soda, and salt. Add milk, oil, eggs, and vanilla, and mix until smooth. Stir in boiling water (the batter will be thin).
Bake: Pour batter into the prepared pans and bake for 30-35 minutes. Let cool completely.
Prepare the ganache: Heat the heavy cream in a small saucepan over medium heat until it begins to simmer. Pour it over the chocolate chips and let sit for 5 minutes, then stir until smooth.
Assemble: Place one cake layer on a plate, pour ganache over the top, spreading evenly. Place the second layer on top, and pour the remaining ganache over the entire cake, allowing it to drip down the sides.

White Chocolate Pineapple Pecan Cheesecake
Ingredients:
1 ½ cups graham cracker crumbs
½ cup melted butter
24 oz cream cheese, softened
1 cup granulated sugar
3 large eggs
1 tsp vanilla extract
1 cup crushed pineapple, drained
1 cup chopped pecans
½ cup white chocolate, melted
Directions:
Preheat oven to 325°F (160°C). Grease a 9-inch springform pan.
Mix the graham cracker crumbs and melted butter together, then press into the bottom of the prepared pan. Set aside.
In a large mixing bowl, beat the cream cheese and sugar until smooth and creamy.
Add the eggs, one at a time, beating well after each addition. Stir in the vanilla extract.
Fold in the crushed pineapple and chopped pecans until evenly distributed.
Pour the filling over the crust and spread evenly.
Bake for 60-70 minutes, or until the center is set and the top is lightly browned.
Allow the cheesecake to cool in the oven with the door slightly open for about an hour. Then refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight.
Before serving, drizzle the melted white chocolate over the top and sprinkle with additional chopped pecans.

Apple Salad
Ingredients:
4 large Honeycrisp apples, cubed
1 lemon, juiced
⅓ cup mayonnaise
1 ½ tablespoons brown sugar
2 ribs celery, thinly sliced
1 cup seedless red grapes, halved
½ cup chopped pecans
½ cup dried cranberries
Directions:
Prepare the apples: Toss the cubed apples with the lemon juice to prevent browning.
Make the dressing: In a large bowl, whisk together the mayonnaise and brown sugar until smooth.
Combine ingredients: Add the apples, celery, grapes, pecans, and cranberries to the bowl. Stir until everything is evenly coated with the dressing.

Sweet Symphony Cotton Candy Cake
This delightful cake is flavored with cotton candy and features a creamy white chocolate pudding filling, topped with fluffy whipped topping and more cotton candy!
Ingredients
1 box white cake mix
¼ teaspoon cotton candy flavoring
2 boxes white chocolate instant pudding mix
3 cups milk
1 packet cotton candy
Food coloring (optional)
Instructions
1. Prepare the Cake:
Preheat your oven according to the instructions on the cake mix box.
In a mixing bowl, prepare the cake batter as directed, adding ¼ to ½ teaspoon of cotton candy flavoring.
Pour the batter into a greased 13 x 9 inch pan.
Bake according to package instructions. Once done, let the cake cool on a rack for 5-10 minutes.

1/2 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
1/2 teaspoon baking soda
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened
1/2 cup granulated sugar
1/4 cup brown sugar, packed
1 large egg
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1/2 cup Dulce de Leche
Flaky sea salt for garnish
Directions:
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a mini muffin tin.
In a medium bowl, whisk together the flour, cocoa powder, baking soda, and salt.
In a separate large bowl, cream the softened butter, granulated sugar, and brown sugar together until light and fluffy.
Beat in the egg and vanilla extract until well combined.
Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients, mixing until just combined.
