May is Mental Health Awareness Month

Your mental health matters just as much as your physical health.
Take time this month to check in with yourself, rest when needed, and give yourself grace. Healing is not always visible, but it is still important.

🪷Protect your peace
🪷Set healthy boundaries
🪷Ask for help when needed
🪷Take breaks without guilt
🪷Remember that you are not alone

Sometimes the strongest thing you can do is pause, breathe, and choose yourself.

Let’s continue creating safe spaces where people feel seen, heard, supported, and valued.

HIV stigma is still one of the biggest barriers to testing, treatment, and honest conversation.
When people feel judged, they stay silent. When they stay silent, they may miss out on the care and support they deserve.
Ending stigma starts with education, compassion, and truth. HIV affects everyone, and we all have a role in creating a safer, more supportive community.
