These are a few of my favorite things!
As I head into the last few weeks of Summer 2021 (not that GA will care or notice weather wise), I’m embarking on a rediscovering joy journey. I will enter my favorite season renewed, refreshed and rejoicing.

Yesterday I embarked on a 30 day journaling journey. I write sporadically and I love the idea of INTENTIONALLY setting aside time every day to check in with MYSELF.
I love that in the middle of this entry, which is exploring self love, are the words YOUR WORTH.
Accepting and reveling in your own worth is foundational for that self love goodness. ❤️
What is stopping you from that acceptance? What would it take to celebrate yourself and share yourself fully with others?
Take it one step further. How does not loving and accepting yourself stop you from living a fulfilling, healthy and joyful life?
How would radically and completely loving yourself shift your goals and dreams?

Fighting Monday blues with greens!
As a WELLNESS COACH, taking care of my own mind, body and spirit is a part of my calling.
