A purchase and sale agreement, PSA, or P&S, is a document/contract that is written up and signed between a buyer and a seller after mutually agree on the price and terms of a real estate transaction!
I encourage speaking to your attorney to ensure the proper/legal wordings are stated in your PSA before using it to acquire a real estate property!

Atlanta New Law! My fellow investors, please be informed with this change as it’s been effective!!

If you contact a homeowner for their property and the seller says “NO”
And you would add them to your follow up list, text campaigns or and direct mail campaign to contact them again, it is considered commercial harassment!

If you violate this law, you’ll be fined and perhaps taken out of business
Please advise/coach your team members not to 🚩 your company!

Understanding the difference between a joint venture and a daisy chain can make you millions of dollars…
Joint Venture: in simple words, it is an agreement between 2 or more entities to accomplish a business goal together

Daisy Chain: it is when there isn’t equitable interest that has been established or/and when one individual markets someone’s else properties without documenting the process! (Option agreement is used to market out a property.)

When you get started, don’t go for the 6 figure assignment!!!
It doesn’t matter how much you getting from each deal as long as you’re learning and becoming better at each one.
