Big Mac Salad
Ingredients For the Salad:
• 1 lb ground beef
• 1 tsp salt
• ½ tsp black pepper
• ½ tsp garlic powder
• ½ tsp onion powder
• 1 head romaine or iceberg lettuce, chopped
• ½ cup shredded cheddar cheese
• ½ cup diced pickles
• ½ small red onion, diced
• ½ cup cherry tomatoes, halved (optional)
• ¼ cup sesame seeds (optional, for crunch)
For the Big Mac Sauce Dressing:
• ½ cup mayonnaise
• 2 tbsp ketchup
• 1 tbsp yellow mustard
• 1 tbsp pickle relish
• 1 tbsp white vinegar
• ½ tsp garlic powder
• ½ tsp onion powder
• ½ tsp paprika
(Use Thousand Island dressing for a quicker version of the sauce).
