3ď¸âŁ Swipe it awayâwatch it slide right off.
4ď¸âŁ Replace it with the result you want to see.
5ď¸âŁ Now feel it. Hold the feeling of what itâs like to already have that resultârelief, excitement, confidence⌠whatever it is.
6ď¸âŁ Take one deep breath and lock that feeling in like it's already true.

Set an alarm every hour today.
Every time it goes off, pause⌠and hold that vision in your mind again.
