If you havenβt read All About Love by Bell Hooks, what are you waiting for? It really helped me understand the true definition of love and how experiences from my past lacked love. It also helped me become more intentional with how I treat myself and those around me.

This is your reminder that thoughts are just thoughts, not always reality πββββββββββββββββββOur thoughts are more powerful than we realize, especially negative thoughts. They can completely rule us if we let them, so donβt give them that power
Complete control of our thoughts is not the aim. Letting unhelpful thoughts pass us by and challenging them effectively is.
And with plenty of practice, in time, you can start to experience less and less of them
No matter whatβs going on in your head, youβre absolutely capable of regaining control π©·
