This is your reminder that thoughts are just thoughts, not always reality πŸ’­β€‹β€‹β€‹β€‹β€‹β€‹β€‹β€‹β€‹β€‹β€‹β€‹β€‹β€‹β€‹β€‹β€‹β€‹Our thoughts are more powerful than we realize, especially negative thoughts. They can completely rule us if we let them, so don’t give them that power

Complete control of our thoughts is not the aim. Letting unhelpful thoughts pass us by and challenging them effectively is.

And with plenty of practice, in time, you can start to experience less and less of them

No matter what’s going on in your head, you’re absolutely capable of regaining control 🩷
