As the founder of Saved in the City, the creator of the Behind the Brand Coaching Program, and host of the Becoming Brittany Podcast, she has spent over a decade helping leaders and organizations bring their visions to life with creativity and purpose.

A sought-after voice in leadership and personal development, Brittany’s transparency and dynamic approach have made her a force to be reckoned with. She has graced the TEDx stage and is a proud recipient of the President’s Lifetime Achievement Award, presented by President Joe Biden, for her dedication to service and community advancement.
Brittany holds a Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design and Marketing and an MBA from Alabama A&M University. Known for her fun, passionate, and innovative spirit, she thrives on helping others step into their purpose. When she’s not coaching, creating, or leading change, you can find her traveling, spending time with family, or embracing her love for fashion.

I met Brittany when she first moved to Atlanta, GA, and we served together on the same Leadership Team. Since then, she has spoken life into me on many occasions and has prayed for me during pivotal moments in my journey. Her leadership, wisdom, and compassion are truly a blessing to so many.

Today I honor Dr. Rhonda Mouton — a brilliant business strategist, speaker, and “coachsultant,” a term she coined to reflect her unique blend of coaching and consulting. Dr. Rhonda helps entrepreneurs and organizations streamline operations, scale sustainably, and build profitable businesses that create lasting economic impact through coaching, masterclasses, community leadership, and more.

I met Rhonda when she moved from New Orleans to Charlotte, NC during Hurricane Katrina. We connected instantly and began working together, encouraging one another in our dreams, purpose, and calling. Rhonda has always been the kind of person who does not mind helping in any way she can. Her support, wisdom, and presence have helped me through some really dark times in my life.

Rhonda, I am truly grateful to call you my friend. Thank you for your heart, your strength, and the way you pour into others. Today, I celebrate you and the impact you continue to make. ♀️

Today I honor Elder Ronda Smith, a woman whose impact on my life is deeply personal and priceless. We have been connected since the early 2000s, from North Carolina to Georgia, and through every season she has remained my ride or live, my biggest cheerleader, just as I am to her.

Elder Ronda is the kind of friend who will pray with you, stand with you, and fight for you. She is an amazing preacher and teacher of the Word of God, a true protector, and a woman of unwavering faith and strength. For over two decades, she has impacted my life in ways words can hardly express. Elder Ronda, thank you for your love, loyalty, prayers, and presence. I celebrate you today and always. I love YOU!!!!

My Granddaughters Meilani, Cheyenne and Ryann

Today I am honoring three very special young ladies who light up my entire world, my granddaughters. And before anyone comes for me saying “they’re not women yet,” let me say this: they are women in the making.

These three have impacted my life in ways they will never fully understand.
Meilani, Cheyenne, and Ryann are bright, creative, and full of imagination that stretches beyond the clouds. Each of them carries their own unique personality, their own sparkle, and their own way of making the world more joyful. They call me almost daily just to hold the phone and see what I’m doing.

They are amazing students and are consistently honored by their teachers. They stay active, curious, and full of life. But more than anything, they remind me daily of the beauty of innocence, creativity, and possibility.

Truth be told, they have impacted me so much that sometimes I forget to call their dad because I’m always on the phone talking with them!

Today I celebrate my CREATIVES, my grand girls, my joy. Watching you grow into the young women God has called you to be is one of the greatest blessings of my life.

Today I honor Verna Burney, a remarkable woman who has truly impacted my life. Verna was my very first supervisor when I began working for the Department of Revenue for the State of Georgia. She taught me everything I needed to know to navigate the department with confidence and excellence. What began as a supervisor-employee relationship grew into a genuine friendship that I will always cherish.
Verna is a woman of resilience, strong work ethic, and unwavering faith in God. She is not only a leader in the workplace, but also a successful business owner, an author, and a visionary with even more to come. Her life is a testimony of dedication, grace, and determination.
Verna, thank you for being a friend, a mentor, and an example of excellence. I am watching how God is elevating everything your hands touch, and I celebrate you today for the incredible woman you are.

Today we proudly celebrate Overseer Annette Gore, Pastor of Mallard Creek Church in Charlotte.

A powerful preacher, devoted shepherd, and gifted worshipper, Overseer Gore carries a heart for God and His people. She loves singing and boldly proclaiming the Word of God, and her leadership continues to impact countless lives both inside and outside the church walls.

She is the loving mother of nine children, beautifully embracing the fullness of a blended family with grace and strength. She is also a proud member of The Bright Stars Group, shining her light wherever she serves.

On a personal note ——-Annette means the world to me. She is not only a spiritual leader but the Godmother to my children, a covering, a voice of wisdom, and a woman who has impacted my life tremendously. Her prayers, guidance, and presence have been a blessing beyond measure.
