This is the poundcake your grandma used to make 👌🏾
Ingredients:
All ingredients need to be room temperature!
•Cooking Spray
•Block of cream cheese
•Salted butter- 4 sticks
•Sugar- 3 cups
•6 Eggs
• All purpose flour- 3 cups
1. Spray baking pan with cooking spray and place in the freezer
2. Mix 4 sticks of salted butter and a block of cream cheese
3. Add 3 cups of sugar and mix
4. Add 6 eggs and mix after you add each one
5. Add 3 cups of all purpose flour and mix
6. Pour poundcake mix into the pan that was in the freezer
7. Put pan into cold over and then set temperature to 325 degrees. Let bake for 90 minutes
8. Once done, let it sit for 10 minutes and then flip
9. Enjoy!
