We were honored to visit the Zalik Behavioral and Mental Health Center yesterday and learn more about how they are paving the way for Georgia’s children to access critical behavioral and mental health support.

As the largest child and adolescent psychiatric practice in the state, they’ve fully eliminated the waitlist for services within the Children’s system. In 2025, they provided specialized mental health evaluations and triage for more than 6,000 children, making them the largest provider of emergency behavioral health services for youth in crisis across metro Atlanta.

They set the standard as a national leader in pediatric mental health, transforming lives through early intervention, expert care, innovative treatments, and truly exceptional outcomes.
