When I created this brand, when I created this dress design, I created it with the new grad in mind. I created it to be associated with prestige. I created it to be associated with honor. The student nurses that find me normally all have the same thing in common, and that is they strive for excellence.

I have access to new graduate RNs not just in the USA, but GLOBALLY. I have a great responsibility to them. I provide mentorship and exclusive training. I help them explore career areas and so much more. My preceptorship is going to protect them from burnout and I hope to transfer my 13 years of experience directly into their care/skills.

When you meet an Abby Trained Nurse, just know that she is top tier. My nurses standout amongst the rest. They are the epitome of empathy, kindness, grace, skill, and leadership.
