I Definitely enjoyed serving at the Harriet Tubman Foot Clinic at The Wonder Worker in Atlanta.
I love engaging with Sisters and Brothers in need of foot care. As a Community Herbalist it allows me the opportunity to educate on foot care and other healing modalities like Earthing, which also allows air flow to healthy feet and dietary/ Herbal Education.
Kudzu is an invasive plant with a ton of health benefits!
it's been used in Chinese medicine to treat so many health imbalances such as:
"alcoholism, cardiovascular disease, menopausal symptoms, diabetes, fever, the common cold, and neck or eye pain."
