Our second new roast debuting at this Saturday’s Maker’s Festival is a unique offering from Rwanda. African coffees are known for their distinct, fruity flavors and this roast does not disappoint. With a high brightness and medium body, the Rwanda Dukunde Kawa Ruli has notes of papaya, passion fruit, grilled apricot, pink lemonade, and caramel. This is a coffee packed with a unique punch of flavor.

This Saturday we are debuting two new roasts, the first being the Bolivia Organic Caranavi FTO. This is a heavy body, high brightness coffee with cupping notes of sweet caramel, milk chocolate, and a mild orange undertone. This is a versatile coffee that can be enjoyed hot or cold, regular drip or as an espresso.

We are excited to bring our diverse offering of coffees from around the world to this weekend’s Maker’s Festival. Back by popular demand, we have our Dominican Republic, India, and Colombia offerings.

The Dominican Republic roast is a honey-processed bean with a heavy body, low brightness, with nutty and fruity notes.

The India offering is a medium body, medium brightness coffee with chocolatey, nutty, spicy, and earthy flavors. A great cup of coffee for a crisp Fall day.

The Colombia roast is a tried and true coffee lover’s dream. Heavy bodied, high brightness, with fruity and flowery undertones.

We are currently busy roasting a whole new offering for the upcoming Ormewood Makers Fest on Saturday, October 18th. We hope to see you there!

The second half of coffees we are featuring in this weekend’s EAV Strut are some of our favorites! These coffees come from the Dominican Republic, India, and Mexico!

The Dominican Republic is a heavy body roast that is light in brightness. This is a honey-processed bean that has milky notes of vanilla and a nutty aftertaste. Smooth, balanced, and sweet.

The India offering has been in our lineup for a while and it offers a great earthy, spicy cup of coffee. Medium body, medium brightness with a complex flavoring of bakers chocolate, graham cracker, and nutmeg. Great for a nice Fall cup of coffee!

The Mexican Chiapas roast is new to us, but one of our favorite regions to feature. With medium body and brightness, this coffee has notes of dark chocolate, nuttiness, and a slight citrus sweetness.

The first half of coffees we are featuring at this weekend’s East Atlanta Strut come from Bali, Colombia, and Costa Rica!

The Bali offering is a heavy body with medium brightness and notes of chocolate, maple syrup, and vanilla.

The Colombia is heavy body and high brightness with unique notes of peach, plum, caramel, and date.

The Costa Rica is a light body with high brightness offering with hints of nectarine, florals, and a hint of milk chocolate.

You can pick up a refreshing cup of cold brew to help fuel walking around and checking out some great local artisans and food vendors, fun activities, and live music. We hope to see you there!

Today we are highlighting our three new, limited roasts from Guatemala, one of our favorite coffee regions! ☕️

⚡️Finca Vallure – This coffee is a medium roast with full body and brightness driven by notes of dark chocolate, honey, and citrus.

⚡️La Flor del Café – This is a Peaberry coffee - Peaberries are said to have richer flavors and a sweeter taste. We would describe this as a medium body and brightness medium roast with notes of chocolate and caramel.

⚡️HHT SHB - From the Western Highlands of Guatemala, this coffee has a full body and nice brightness with notes of lemon, nectarine, apricot and chocolate.

We are back with new branding, a new website, and new coffee varieties! Keep an eye out for unique coffee drops on our website as we are going to be doing regular product rotations.

What a great day to get a bag of your favorite beans and at the Midway Pub Mini Market! We will be there from 12:00-6:00 with iced coffee, whole bean coffee for purchase, and some really amazing local Atlanta artisans and vendors. Come out for the parade and live music and enjoy this Fall weather with us!
