Southeastern Technical College & the Emanuel Co Sheriff’s Office & Detention Center are committed to ongoing coordination in order for this program to continue to be available.

Since the implementation of the GED program in 2021, there have been more than 80 graduates.

PSI, the vendor for the HiSET exam, will implement a price increase effective July 1, 2026. This change will impact testing costs, particularly for students utilizing the HOPE High School Equivalency Grant.
