Took care of this nasty crawlspace this week. Insulation that was sagging and damaged was removed along with the old v***r barrier. Insulation was replaced with new, and a black 6 mil v***r barrier installed. Walls were coated with a silicone based treatment. The condensation pipe was corrected to allow drainage to exit the crawlspace, the previous pipe just drained into the crawlspace.
