Healed has received nearly as much attention as toxic. While it has become trendy to heal, have you ever considered, "What does the healed version of you look like?" Feel like? Sound like? Do you take more risk? Show up as yourself..authentically? Would healed you be able to walk away from a situation without feeling guilty? Are you treating yourself the way you want to be treated by others? I want to see us all healed, but first, let's figure out what parts of ourselves need to be healed.

So, let’s discuss how Keeping the Peace can begin to Disturb our Peace. So often we neglect our needs to meet the needs of others. We refrain from sharing our true feelings in relationships to Keep the Peace all while DISTURBING OUR PEACE.

When we KEEP THE PEACE our needs are NOT being addressed or met, we walk on eggshells out of fear of offending others, and before we know it we’ve built anger and resentment.

You are worthy of peace! Dont carry that load on your own. Shake the table a little and be explicit about what you need!
