I’m happy to report that after 10 months of fighting, Amazon Legal has agreed to reinstate some of those sellers.

Welcome to Jeff Schick Legal Within the 3rd party e-commerce seller landscape, there are a variety of non-lawyer service providers available that offer account health services and subscriptions.
New Update from Walmart Marketplace which is HUGE for 3P Sellers on Walmart. You can now provide shipping and legal restrictions for products on an item-level basis, which means that if you sell a product in the US which is illegal in California, you can advise WM of the restriction to not sell/ship the item to California.
Why does this matter? On other marketplaces, sellers often have to choose to not list the item for sale at all if it isn't legal to sell in all 50 states. With Walmart's update, you can now sell the item in all other states where it is legal, and only exclude it from states where it cannot be sold.
Game changer for eCommerce sellers for sure.
