Today we have a very important Buyer Tip —> Don’t rush into making an offer on the first house you see!
You can be lucky enough to fall in love with the first house you see, but make sure you shop around before you make an offer. Look at other houses available in the area before committing to one.
Also make sure you are doing your due diligence on the house you want! Check it, ask for the disclosures and go through them so you can make an offer with the most amount of facts possible.

This is specially important of you have a home that is already vacant. Staging helps the buyers picture themselves in the home and start imagining where they will fit their own furniture. This home feeling given by the staging plays an influential role in the way they see the house as their future home!
Make sure you plan this ahead and have everything done before taking the listing pictures, they will look so much better after staging!

Today we have another What’s Coming Up Wednesday!!
Duluth on Tap for the Oktoberfest at Downtown Duluth!
Get ready to raise your beer steins and dance the Polka, because Duluth on Tap is back and bringing the spirit of Oktoberfest to Downtown Duluth!
Pull out that lederhosen and join the festivities on Saturday, October 14 from 12-5pm for beer, polka music and Oktoberfest Games! This event is free to attend.
And if you would want to take home one of the coveted Duluth on Tap glass boots, you can compete in the costume contest or one of the Oktoberfest games. This year's Oktoberfest games will include pretzel eating, beer stein holding, sausage tossing and a stein holding race.
Entertainment will include Sherry & Larry from 12-1:30pm and LynneMarie and the Nashville Polka Guys from 2:30-5:00pm on the Main Stage, DJ Jessica It's All Good in Parsons Alley and free ax throwing on Town Green.
It would be so much fun!
