My daughter and I are going through the book "What to Do When you Worry Too Much" by Dawn Huebner, PhD together. We started it this week on Monday and it is amazing! I would highly recommend it to any parent who has a child who worries and/or has anxiety. It says it is recommended for ages 6-12. The pages are easy to read and includes "work spaces" where she can express her feelings.
