What’s cooking on the bench?
Today we are sharing a PCB mania Green Lemon pedal we built and installed into a PlayStation 1 playing card tin.
The Green Lemon is a thick preamp fuzz inspired by Green amplifiers.
I was really happy with this one and being able to fit it into the tin.
We were lucky enough to be able to use the same location for the power LED as the original PlayStation.

What’s cooking on the bench?
Today we have a 1987 Peavey Companded Chorus pedal. !!Special thank you to Willow Benz for sending this to me!!
I first tested the pedal with a battery and could hear the chorus but it had a bad ground buzz to it and did not work with the adapter.
So at least I knew the fx portion worked just a problem with the power.
Found 2 components faulty. First was a bad diode which caused the bad buzz sound, I replaced it and the pedal would work with a battery but not a power supply. The other faulty component was a transistor that is only on when the power supply is used.
Now it’s a happy pedal again.
