First Monday of November, so you know what that means… new month, new mindset 💻☕️

At the end of every month, I like to set a few personal rules for myself, little reminders to stay focused and soft while I build. If you need a few to get you going in November… these might help. (Rule #1 is my personal fav because if we really want to grow, we’ve gotta show up. I’m talking to ME too.)

Also yes… I did spell “book” as “bok” in the slide 😅 and no, I’m not changing it. Because I always preach to y'all that done is better than perfect & here I am, living proof. Post the thing anyway.

🩶 Comment "Locked in” if you’re taking November seriously in your business.
🩶 And grab my $10 Survival Guide if you need help mapping it all out this month.

Let’s build.

Pray like everything depends on God. Work like everything depends on you.💙

A little reminder for myself (and for you!) 👆🏽

In my hybrid athlete era, I ran 13.1 miles...and I’m still processing that I actually did it! 😭

From “I’m not a runner” to half-marathoner – I guess anything’s possible (with a lot of training and questionable early mornings).

Race day recap:
- The cons? The struggle of getting out of bed to run after questionable pre-race meals, and the fact that I still can’t feel my legs! 😭
- The pros? Literally everything else! My worship music, especially, carried me through the entire race.

A special thanks to my amazing girls at and for running alongside me. 🥹🫶🏽 And a huge shoutout to Erica and for pushing me during training and on race day!

With men it is impossible, but not with God: for with God all things are possible (Mark 10:27)💕

Post gym selfies + well thought out captions = …well, you’ll see. 👇🏽👇🏽

It has been a while since I wrote a well thought out caption.

Social media has become overwhelmingly challenging, creating a constant internal debate between sharing my life and censoring myself. I often overthink what people may think of me; and being that I am typically a private person, the line between my personal life and my professional brand is often blurred. However, if I’m going to be sharing with you how to run your business and maintain your health and wellness, I should be more open about how and why I do things, as well as how I find balance in my day to day life. What’s information without implementation?

I’m sharing this because I’ve realized that I haven’t been using my voice the way that I’ve been called to do. I pride myself in being well-versed in numerous areas because all of my hobbies and businesses are what make me, me. I believe anyone watching and willing to listen can learn a lot from my journey. So I want to share my thoughts, my ideas, and my strategies with you all, hoping to inspire and encourage— whether that’s on your fitness, spiritual, or business journey.

I had to learn that everything doesn’t have to be perfect before I share it with you all. When I get caught up in perfectionism it doesn’t serve me, nor does it serve the lives I want to touch. At the end of the day, I strive to make a positive impact on at least one person’s life each day, and that’s how I know I’ve accomplished my goal. I want to not only make myself 1% better each day, but by also make someone else 1% better each day. 🩷

Came for the hike, stayed for the views⛰️

For my past few birthdays, I’ve made a conscious effort to simply ‘stop and smell the roses.’ We often get so caught up in the daily grind and striving for success that we forget to acknowledge God’s guidance. So sometimes it’s important to take a pause, and there’s no better place to do that than the Smoky Mountains. I had a fantastic weekend and am now refreshed and ready for a new chapter. I can’t wait to share the latest updates on my life and exciting new developments over the next few months.

As I reflect on this past year, I’m reminded of the verse: “Be still, and know that I am God.” It’s a powerful reminder to find peace in His presence. Cheers to another year around the sun🫶🏽.
