We took this house from total disarray to near completion from Tuesday to Saturday. We agreed to a deadline and we made damn sure it happened. We had between 20 and 78 workers at all times to pull this off.

This home was desperate for the XFactor touch. Now it’s the envy of the block!

It’s been a while since we’ve made a post, so sorry for the delay in what we’ve been up to. From high end remodeling in buckhead, saving homes, commercial work and emergency work. X Factor group has a had a massive last few months. We are here for any circumstance. To save, to protect, to enhance. We can restore or recreate. The path of purple is excellence in whatever we do. Greatful for everyone who has believed in us and been apart of our massive expansion to reach new heights and be a staple in the communities in which we serve.

X Factor Group is a growing construction company located in the battery at Truist park in Atlanta, GA.

We do projects consisting of insurance claims, high end remodeling, commercial build outs and capital improvements.

We are currently seeking an estimator to join our team and work directly with CEO who is currently acting as chief estimator.

This position will operate multiple platforms and create estimates in a diverse way for all types of business.

Position Requirements:
-Xactimate proficiency for insurance
-Versed in Microsoft Excel
-Buildertrend knowledge or equivalent
-Construction or insurance background
-The ability and knowledge to negotiate a positive outcome
