Full Body Friday! 4 rounds 4 exercises. I used 12-20lb dumbbells but use what works for you. I did each exercise for 1 min targeting to hit a certain number of reps. 2 min rest between rounds!
Me vs Me 🙌🏾 Working out and my nutrition aren’t how I get my results (solely) it’s my consistency! Having stage 4 Endometriosis my body doesn’t always feel the best. So, I lighten my workout if needed because the benefits out ways my excuses. I do take off days if needed! 4 rounds 4 exercises beginners 10 reps, intermediate 12 and advanced 15 reps, 2 min rest between rounds!
Arms loading….💪🏾 5 exercises targeting bat wings (triceps), delts and upper back. 4 rounds, 1 min each exercise and I aimed for 15 reps minimum. 2 min rest between rounds. I used 15-20lb dumbbells🔥🔥
It’s full body Friday! I had to push myself to get this workout done! You can complete this workout in 35 min. Warm up for 3 min workout 1 min each exercise, take 2 min to rest between rounds. Complete 3 rounds total (4 rounds 40 min) I’m using 12-15lb dumbbells! 💪🏾
This is My build up to doing the Impossible Mile next! Complete each exercise for 100 meters then run a lap (400 meters) exercises are Lunges, Farmers Carry, Burpees and Duck Walks. An alternative to the Duck walks are side shuffle.
ull Body Friday! I definitely did not feel like working out today and was ready to give an excuse but we still got it in this morning 💪🏾 3 rounds 4 exercises + a bonus 1 min each exercise or 15 reps each. I’m using 15lb dumbbells and 18lb kettlebells. Finish the week strong 🔥🔥
Leg Day! If you missed the workout this morning here it is! Time to hit these inner thighs! 3 rounds, 5 exercises, 15 reps using 50lb barbell and 15lb dumbbell.
