I stopped using butter and replaced it with coconut oil! I have also stopped using lotion for 10 years. I just use coconut oil! It’s also been 10 years since I used sunscreen!
I also have not used any other cooking oil to cook except for coconut oil!!

Ima take this message too, because I need it right about now, more lately, because letting out my music is kinda scary but, I’m soooooo excited!!!
I’m also doing a lot of research on this music business and while for us it looks like rag to riches but I now see more of the mental battle that business brings. For example, look at Britney, Justin Biebs, I mean hell I’d rather work at a hotel and be a normal employee than deal with all the mental abuse and manipulation. (Obviously not because I am sacrificing money to be able to study, to be able to do the career I prefer full time)
Back to being excited… …. I am sooooooo freaking blessed and now recently understand why I had to go through the s**t I’ve been through. The illness, the relationships, being gay? Why? 🤣🤣 getting arrested… the list goes on… but I have 2 choices.. let all the battles haunt me or build a castle..
This journey has not been easy but I’m still here and I’m so thankful 🥰 All I have is now.. so what shall we do? Head up, and think about what I want . Peace, joy, love, a music career, I have a million business ideas for this country.. will I have time to think later????
