A few highlights from Idaho Falls. Thank you to Quantum Lighting Group, Inc. for hosting a great lighting showcase and bringing together customers, partners, and members of the local lighting community.

We appreciate everyone who stopped by and spent time with the team.

A great evening with great company.

Members of our S.H.E. (Supporting, Helping, Empowering) employee resource group came together for an evening of Mahjong, conversation, and a little friendly competition.

From reconnecting with colleagues to meeting new faces, the event was an opportunity to build relationships, share experiences, and spend time together outside of the workday.

Thank you to everyone who joined and helped make the evening so enjoyable.

Memorial Day is a time to pause and remember those who gave their lives in service to our country.

Today, we honor their sacrifice, reflect on their legacy, and stand with the families and loved ones who continue to carry their memory forward.

Wishing everyone a safe and meaningful Memorial Day.

Back at Midwest Food Bank last week! Our team spent time sorting, packing, and loading pallets, hands-on work that goes a long way toward getting food and essentials to families in need.

This is a partnership we're really proud of, and one we plan to keep.

Light is one of those things you only notice when it’s wrong.

Too harsh for the space. Too dim for the moment. Too cold when warmth was needed.

When it’s right, it disappears. And the moment takes over.

Happy International Day of Light. 💡

50 exhibits. One floor. Hundreds of ideas that might end up in a product near you.

Tech Fair 2026 did what it does every year — got Cooper Lighting's R&D in the same room, showing their work and feeding off each other's energy. Thank you to our employees who presented, participated, and made this event what it is.

This is how lighting gets better. See you next year.

Two Hall of Famers. A Super Bowl champion. A pro tennis player.

Not who you’d expect to be talking about lighting… but here we are.

Reggie Jackson, Jim McMahon, Arthur Moats, and Andrea Seppi share their take on something most people don’t think about until it impacts performance.

If you’ve ever played under bad lighting, you already know.

Take a listen.

Giving back is part of how we show up.

Our team recently spent time volunteering with Midwest Food Bank, supporting efforts that help provide food and essentials to families in need.

Moments like these are a reminder that what we do goes beyond lighting. It’s about showing up for our communities, working together, and making a tangible impact where it matters.

Grateful for the team who took the time to be there and be part of something bigger.

Most lighting has been designed to be seen.
IRiS was built with a different mindset.

See the lighting effect, not the light source.

In this clip, Al Uszynski from Inside Lighting talks with Lance Bennett about the thinking behind IRiS, and how the latest relaunch sharpens that vision with tighter color control and more flexibility for designers.

Watch to hear how IRiS continues to evolve while staying true to what set it apart in the first place.

Busy days at our SOURCE Lighting Education Center in Peachtree City, GA.

Partners have been spending time hands-on with lighting solutions, engaging in real dialogue, and building the kind of face-to-face collaboration that only happens when you're in the room together.

These visits are not just about product. They’re about the relationships and conversations that move projects forward.

Grateful for the partners who make the trip and show up ready to engage.
