Scrumptious Country Fried Chicken 🍗 from Poor Calvin's in ATL! It's served on a bed of Mashed Potatoes, Broccolini 🥦, w/ a drizzle of Chicken Andouille Peppercorn Cream Sauce 🤤

That & the Fried Green Tomatoes w/ Korean BBQ Beef 🇰🇷, Goat Cheese Crumbles 🧀 & Ghost Pepper BBQ Sauce 🌶️ were probably my favorite things on the menu

Fantastic fruit pastries from M’archers! Was just wandering Riga around killing time & so glad I popped in 😄

Latvian McDonald's is so 🔥 Burgers 🍔 were def better than anything we have in the states, & the Macarons were actually awesome 😂

Had some Cold Beet Soup at Cafe Summertime at Jurmala Beach. Perfect hangover cure 😂

Delicious Cabbage Pies from Mārtiņa Beķereja in Riga! They were less than 1 Euro so grabbed about 10 😂

Tried the Crawfish Soup 🦞 & Mushroom Risotto 🍄‍🟫 from 1 of the top restaurants in Riga -Fabrikas Restorāns! The Risotto was super creamy, but I'm not used to having the Mushroom pieces so big, it was interesting. The soup was very impressive though!

The restaurant is right on the water too so if you're looking for a great meal & atmosphere stop by around sunset.

Stopped by BURŽUJS mostly because I needed something quick & close to the hotel before an event, but it ended up being one of my fav meals!

The Mussels were super tasty & the Shrimp Salad 🍤 🥗 was so light & refreshing! Wish I had taken a bottle of the dressing home w/ me.

Tried a bunch of Latvian classics at the Rīgas Centrāltirgus / Riga Central Market market 🤤 Lots of fish with pickled s**t that I can't remember the Latvia or English names, & really tasty Dumplings 😂

Had a phenomenal dinner at the 3 Chef Restaurant in Riga, Latvia 🇱🇻 ! It's a modern restaurant in the Jēkab Barracks complex, built at the end of the 18th century. Fav dishes were the Ostrich Tartare & Wagyu Beef 🥩

My Mom is 1 of the best bakers I know so I was extremely happy when she made me this Walnut Chiffon Betty Crocker recipe adapted Cake 🎂 w/ Cherries 🍒 for my birthday. Still thinking about it 2 months later 😀
