Here I am, a 16-year-old version of myself, flashing a smile for the camera, but behind it, there's a lingering sense of pain. At this tender age, I had already weathered my fair share of storms.
At just 16 years old, I made a conscious decision to embrace a vegetarian lifestyle, driven by the sickness and loss I had witnessed within my own family. It wasn't an easy choice, but it was one that spoke volumes about my resilience and determination.
Children always seemed to gravitate towards me, perhaps because I saw them for who they truly were—pure, unfiltered souls navigating a complex world.
While my peers indulged in cheesesteaks and fish hoagies, I dedicated myself to studying, attending seminars, and scrutinizing ingredient labels. Saying no to what the crowd deemed acceptable was a constant struggle, but one that I faced head-on.
Looking back, I’m so inspired by this guy. His discipline and sacrifices paved the way for who I am today. And as I continue along this journey, I'm committed to helping others find their healing path as well.
It was my birthday and I was smiling and posing for a pic. Only problem was I was masking my pain.
You see I had a hernia and I was experiencing a breach of my abdominal wall.
I’m fact if you look close at the pic you will see two things.
1) the grimace under the smile
2)!my hand holding the breach in place.
Ok allow me to share how we got here..
suffering in secret
‘I just wanted to feel normal and do normal things’
About 1 year earlier a mysterious discomfort led to a hernia diagnosis.
Being a fit athlete I was shocked. Surgery seemed the only fix.
A compassionate doctor’s whisper changed everything—she believed in healing ❤️🩹 and suggested I avoid the knife. For 2 years, discomfort ruled.
Google offered no hope. It 1 single thing showing someone who healed naturally.
Then, inspired by her words, I became my own MacGyver. A DIY belt, Strategic diet, exercise, and herbs brought 100% healing.
Lesson learned: true healing is always available. Stress is a massive causative factor as is diet for failed health.

Here is how stress is blindsiding you
We often talk about our mental health as if it’s an isolated health issue
Not true our temple is holistic not fragmented
Stress and hypertension are silent killers
Why: because they blindside you
What is stress?
Ans: any situation that we perceive we don’t have the resources to handle
Stress and tension chews up energy
This activates our sympathetic nervous system and plunges us into fight or flight
This is a rapid mobilization of life saving energy
In simple words the body is preparing to fight a bear or run from a lion
The problem is there is no bear or lion just you being blindsided by stress
When your SN system is activated it’s getting glucose quickly into the bloodstream
Also getting the tissue to produce ATP
which means quick bursts of energy
This ZAPS ⚡️ the energy from getting to needed organ systems
incomes crisis
With insufficient ATP in the brain our mood and mental agility suffers
Flooded by too many stress hormones like cortisol and adrenaline bones heart and gut all suffer
So as we can see the body is holistic
“As above so below”
