Wild River — Lance Davis & Tom Roberts - Guitars and Vocals Wild River is a duo featuring, Tom Roberts, singer & guitar.
He hails from the beautiful Blue Ridge Mountains in Transylvania and Henderson County, NC. Wild River has been performing throughout Western North Carolina for several years. Wild River features bright melodies and smooth harmonies. They perform an eclectic mix of country standards and current hits, as well as originals.

Wild River Random Insight of the Day (WRRIOTD):
Lance writes: "a friend asked me how I choose whether I wear my ball cap forwards or backwards. Well it's pretty simple. If the sun's in my eyes I turn it forward but then I always forget about it and hit the microphone with the brim. Doooh. So whenever I can, I turn it backwards to prevent that and also to drain the sweat towards the back." There you have it!

Thanks to Lured Market And Grill for another fun afternoon! It was a hot day but the nice tree canopy plus your tent and the big fan helped. We had a blast!

We had a great time there a few weeks ago for our first gig there. Not to brag but we did actually achieve international fame! Yes indeed there was a guy from out of town broadcasting it on Facebook to his girlfriend and her friends in Europe!

Wild River loves to collaborate with our fellow Western North Carolina musicians. We think it's great to give the audience a chance to hear different music during our break. We've had talents like Gary R Johnson and Doug Danner play during our breaks. Fantastic!
At our initial two shows at Saluda Outfitters , we and the audience were so glad to have the multi - talented Haylie Land sit in with her vocals, violin and rhythms.
Here's Tom's gorgeous version of Magnolia Wind, which is a fiddle song if there ever was one.
