2 bedroom addition; a playroom and a bedroom. The addition was a total of 300 Square feet, Thank you to BE Relieved Heating & Air Conditioning, Inc. for the HVAC work. Thank you to my friend Luna for the foundation work.

Another deck wrapped up this summer!

Our client also had an issue where her floors were sagging real bad. We came in and jacked the floors up and put brand new support members under the section of the house.

Whoever framed the addition to the home had it supported by 2x4’s and one cinderblock member… unbelievable give us a call for all your outdoor needs!

We had fun remodeling this home!

These photos show the before, progress and after the job was completed.

We removed the window and replaced it with French doors. We worked diligently and we were very careful while demoing the hardie around the window. We had to cut into the home and do some rough in framing for the door. Afterwards we put all the hardie back and painted it bright white!

We then moved onto the side of the deck and demoed the deck boards and installed sub floor. So the customer will be able to install their tile. We framed the walls up dried it in and installed hardie on the exterior of the walls with paint to match!

The old deck was in very bad shape, over 20 years old! It was very unsafe to walk on. If your deck is rotting and is over 15 years old, you might want to consider getting a new one installed.
