We are delighted with the outcome of this repair project for our valued customer, Mrs. Smith. The customer had damaged facia boards due to malfunctioning gutters and a deteriorating deck, which we fully replaced and flashed correctly. Additionally, we replaced certain areas of the band board to ensure structural integrity. Large bathroom window replacement with a new vynil frame, built in blinds exterior door.
The house previously featured old Louisiana-Pacific (LP) Inner-Seal Siding that was detaching from the house, so we replaced it with plywood backing, house wrap , and Hardie Siding. We completed the project with an exceptional paint job and new 6-inch gutters. We are delighted with the outcome of this stunning exterior update. We replaced the complete exterior, removed all insulation boards and replaced them with plywood, removed and replaced all damaged framing, removed all defective Louisiana-Pacific (LP) siding with new Hardie, including new Hardie soffit and fascia, replaced the exterior door, installed a new Architectural Shingle Roofing with 6-inch black gutters with gutter guard , new rough-cut cedar custom-made shutters, and applied a 2-tone paint finish to bring everything together for this remarkable outcome. Transformation Friday Our latest project involved transforming a guest bathroom by replacing the tub with a stand-up shower, installing new fixtures, flooring, and painting, and painting the deck. This 1912 home remodel proved to be an outstanding success, despite the numerous challenges that were overcome. We replaced the outdated panel board with 3/4 true bead board to match the existing structure, installed insulation, revitalized plaster walls to a paint-ready state, and performed a comprehensive interior painting. Moreover, we refinished all original hardwood floors and installed LVP throughout the remainder of the home. A complementary tile wall was also installed in the bathroom.
