Mindfulness Monday....this is a great activity to practice with your child to help with feelings of anxiousness, frustration, and anger. Practice Mindfulness regularly with your child so that when he/she experiences these big feelings, he/she has tools in his/her toolbox to use to help him/her calm his/her mind and body. Each Monday, we will share a Mindfulness Activity or tool that you can use with your child to help your child manage his/her big emotions.
