PROJECT DESCRIPTION
Second Chances at Christmas is a heartfelt holiday film about residents at a senior living home who team up with young volunteers to put on a Christmas play. Along the way, two seniors Len and Mary Ann discover an unexpected connection that reminds everyone it’s never too late for love, laughter, and second chances.

CASTING ROLES

LEN
Male | Age 65–80 | Lead
A widower with a dry sense of humor and a guarded heart. Len is reluctant to participate in the Christmas play but slowly opens up as he grows closer to Mary Ann. Must be able to balance humor with heartfelt emotional moments.

MARY ANN
Female | Age 65–80 | Lead
Graceful, thoughtful, and warm. Mary Ann helps organize the Christmas play at the senior living home. She carries quiet strength and kindness, and her growing connection with Len becomes the heart of the story.

DOT
Female | Age 65–85 | Supporting
Loud, funny, and dramatic in the best way. Dot provides much of the comic relief. She believes every moment is her moment to shine.

MARCUS

Calm, observant, and wise with a dry sense of humor. Marcus doesn’t say much, but when he does, it lands. A grounding presence among the seniors.
