Your generosity can spark a wave of healing for me

Hi friends,

I’ve started a GoFundMe to share honestly what has been happening in my life. In just under a year, I’ve suffered three strokes, leaving me significantly affected cognitively, physically, and emotionally. I live every day with multiple serious and chronic illnesses.

Seventeen years ago, I was genetically diagnosed with hemiplegic migraine, Alice in Wonderland syndrome, brainstem migraine, and occipital and trigeminal neuralgia. I also live with epilepsy, severe dysautonomia affecting my POTS and MSAC, a heart valve gene defect from vEDS, Graves’ disease, and Addison’s disease. Over the past seven years, I’ve endured three ports, seven PICC lines, and survived sepsis five times.

Because of my health, I can no longer do what I love most—making music and sharing it during people’s most meaningful moments. Losing that part of myself has been heartbreaking.

After my first stroke, while I was hospitalized, I lost everything I owned, including all of my music equipment, furniture, clothing, jewelry, my SUV, and all of the money I had in my safe. I left in an ambulance with only the clothes on my back. Today, I have very little, no furniture, and my living expenses are more than I can manage.
