There’s nothing wrong with seeking outside of self but only after you have consulted with self first.

Your body is more intelligent than you know. All you have to do is ask and receive the wisdom. Your body will tell you. A tightening in the chest, a clenching in the buttocks.. all warning signs and symptoms to take a deeper look before proceeding.

Before you claim yourself as lost.. be sure to ask your body first. It’s your lifeline to the most high.

Recently my guides have been helping me to lean into toning and breath work as it means of moving energy and spreading healing frequencies throughout the room and it has been the most amazing and beneficial way to channel high frequencies😍
