It's not on purpose. It's more of a consequence, and I've decided not to resist it anymore.

Change is a challenge that yields painful yet powerful results. Painful in that I may not enjoy what I have to do in order to achieve the positive outcome. Powerful in that the end result often reveals deeper purpose.

I choose to finish that sentence like this, This is the year I am restructuring my relationships. Relationships at my place of current employment, relationships in my family, relationships in my community, and relationships in the business industry.

I am relying on my faith for guidance because without Him, I can do nothing. Instead of resentment, bitterness, justice, and pride, I choose to be grateful for the people whose actions give me the opportunity to realize my true worth. It is an unexpected catalyst for overdue change ❤️.

Curl patterns: I see loose, wavy, curly, and can you guess what's underneath? Coarse, fine, and coily. I can hardly believe it myself!

Cara learned so much about her hands, her hair, and her products. The desired result was more volume and curl in the front, and more control and definition throughout.

This was a new client session so we focused on proper technique to cultivate her curls. Then she learned how to layer and apply products to achieve her desired results. We followed up with a diffusing lesson and finalized it all by tailoring the cut to her liking.

This is going to grow out beautifully! The more Cara uses what she learned the healthier her curls will become. They will respond positively with less frizz and last longer after each wash day.
