Leading all who care for children to adopt best practices. COAD4Kids is a service of the Corporation for Ohio Appalachian Development (COAD).

Helping parents choose child care and training individuals to open and operate a child care business is our work. We are a nonprofit child care resource and referral agency serving clients of all income levels. Our child care referrals are free within the 31 counties of southern and eastern Ohio which we serve.
