I couldn't think of a better day than today, World Prematurity Day, to share the news that I'm now a volunteer for Preemie Prints, an organization that offers free photography sessions to families of babies born prematurely or critically ill. I admittedly didn't know much about preterm birth or the fact that one in ten babies is born prematurely, until our second son was unexpectedly born six weeks early. It was an experience that changed my outlook on life forever, and I am so honored to be given the chance to bring hope to other families of preemies through my photography. http://www.preemieprints.org/
