Only downside was that Kimberly was hard to get ahold of and I often had to text Tan to get a response from her. They had a lot of experience working with our realtor Kathy Colville and were able to get the entire process from initial mortgage pre-approval to closing in just a month! They worked with us every step of the way and were very patient and wanting to explain the entire process to us (as first time buyers).
