As more and more Americans travel internationally again, we are experiencing record passport demand for this time of year, often receiving more than 500,000 new passport applications each week. https://www.state.gov/important-updates-on-passport-processing/

Passport processing times fluctuate and are currently 8-11 weeks for routine processing and 5-7 weeks for expedited processing. Given the record demand seen so far in 2023, we anticipate processing times will rise as we approach the busier travel season.

Check your passport’s expiration date before making any definitive travel plans and take action to renew your passport well in advance of any international travel planned for this year.

We are committed to transparency and will continue to provide updates. We’re working hard to boost staffing, meet the demand surge, and get you traveling again.

We spent the morning wandering in Sayulita. What a great place shop and people watch! We loved the fun, colorful vibe of this small Mexican surfing town.

Honored to be back at Best of the Best again this year! After the past 18 months in our industry being here means more to us than ever! 🍾🥂

One of the highlights of our Santa Fe Designing Destination itinerary was our farewell event at Acequia Madre House / and

This evening was so much fun to plan and we filled it with surprises for our group!

Acequia Madre House was the family home of Eva Scott Fényes.her daughter and later her granddaughter. The home houses 150 years of archives from this family of women who were passionate about Northern New Mexico Art, botany and Native American music and art.

We finished the night at Neptune Event Space with refreshments and wonderful conversations about the home (which houses a black and white photography gallery) as well as Santa Clara Pueblo art, language and dance.

Truly one of those magical events that becomes so much more than we ever imagined!

About the other night...

What an amazing evening on Canyon Road! We enjoyed a little gallery window browsing, sculpture garden gazing and ended with an exclusive gallery event at Globe Fine Art 🍷

We love that Globe features up and coming artists. We fell in ❤️ with so many pieces and just had to bring a few home with us.

Globe Fine Art's collection of contemporary paintings, sculpture and glasswork are nothing short of stunning. We'll definitely be back!

It's National Rum Day!

📸 of downtime during our 2020 Jumpstart conference in January at Sandals Barbados. It was our 1st annual rum & coke team challenge. The competition was heated with MANY questions on game play, constantly changing rules and no clearly defined winner (the debate IS somehow still ongoing for some pictured here).

At the end of a busy week filled with meetings and site inspections we had a lot of fun together, and the rum was pretty good too!

Check your passports now! Don't wait until right before your trip! The State Department continues to deal with a backlog due to overwhelming demand + COVID disruptions.

Currently expediting is taking an estimated SIX WEEKS to process! This does not include delivery times. Regular, non-expedited processing is taking up to 18 weeks, not including delivery!

☑️ - Check your passport expiration date today and see if you have a minimum of 6 months validity. If not, or if you will expire in the next 6-7 months, send in your passport for renewal NOW.

☑️ - When you send in your application, or renewal, make sure you have met all requirements to avoid additional delays (new photos attached, completely filled out applications, etc...)

☑️ - Children 0-15 need a NEW passport every FIVE years. Both parents must be at the interview. Children under 16 are not able to renew passports.

☑️ - Pay for the overnight fee to return your passport to you via FedEx or UPS. The last thing you want is for your passport to be held up in the mail and you can't track it.

☑️ - Just get the passport book! The passport card may look less expensive and tempting, but if you want to fly internationally you will need a passport BOOK. Passport cards are only for driving across land borders & crossing sea borders ( ). If you get the card, you'll still need the passport book to fly outside of the USA.
