Heran set up our criteria & as a result, we found a community we hadn't even heard of an hour away but we fell in love! We changed our focus & decided to rent our condo & relocate to this community. Tremendous Tuesday!
Why is this day tremendous -- for many reasons - but especially because a family with a special need settled on their home last night and were able to move on with their lives! This home had been on the market with a different Realtor for many months during the spring market. Unsuccessful in selling, they contacted The Sue Smith Team, who quickly assessed the property, recommended selling adjustments and went to work marketing their home and property. Weeks later, this home received a full price offer with a relocating buyer and settled last night, a few days early.
