Crossroads United Methodist Church
Welcome to Crossroads! Our vision is to transform the world one person, one family, and one community at a time through the unconditional love of Jesus.
We are more than a Sunday morning church. We exist to serve the community and beyond seven days a week with God’s unconditional love. We do this through acts of serving in our everyday lives. We gather in a variety of ways with people no matter where they are on their spiritual journey. We welcome and affirm all persons and celebrate diversity within race, physical abilities, sexual orientation, gender identity, or religious beliefs. Everyone is fully loved by God. You belong here.
Pastor Tim shares a beautiful story about the Holy Spirit within. To hear the full sermon, go to: crossroadsnova.org/creed-week-three

Thank you to everyone who joined us for worship yesterday!
We’re so grateful for everyone who help make Crossroads such a warm and welcoming place every week. A special thanks to Joy Widding from Food for Neighbors for sharing more about our meaningful partnership in serving local students. A big congratulations to the Herman family on a beautiful baptism — what a special moment to celebrate together as a church family!
Spring is here, and we’re excited to welcome you to worship this Sunday at 9 & 11am as we continue our Creed series! This week, we’ll explore the Holy Spirit—who the Spirit is, what the Spirit does, and why it matters.
After worship, stop by the HOPE Preschool Book Fair in Room 202 and Fellowship Hall! Browse books for preschool and elementary-age kids or donate a book to the preschool.
Our Easter Offering is also underway, with a goal of $80,000 to support our mission and outreach efforts. Give at crossroadsnova.org/give and select “Easter Offering” in the dropdown.
We can’t wait to see you!

Be sure to stop by the HOPE Book Fair after worship and shop for books, stationery, and other fun items! This is a great opportunity to grab something new to read, pick up a thoughtful gift, and support our amazing preschool at the same time.
Come browse, shop, and enjoy—we’ll see you there! ✨
Wednesday rehearsal test.

Look at this incredible collection of food from HOPE Preschool for School Break Bundles! These donations will help ensure that local students who rely on school meals have food over spring break.
There’s still time to help! You can donate non-perishable food items or give $30 to provide a full bundle. Go to: crossroadsnova.org/serve/school-break-bundles/
Thank you to everyone who has already given!

We were blessed with warm weather, incredible praise and worship, and the joy of welcoming new members into our church family!
We spent time in reflection, writing down our personal beliefs about who Jesus is. If you haven’t finished yours yet, we encourage you to keep working on it and reflecting throughout the week—this is an important part of our faith journey!
We also took time to pray over our Guatemala mission team as they prepare to serve and share God’s love. Let’s continue to keep them in our prayers as they embark on this journey.
A huge thank you to Val Walters from the Ryan Bartel Foundation, an organization dedicated to empowering youth and fostering mental wellness to prevent youth su***de. We are grateful for the important work they do in our community.
And of course, a big shoutout to our amazing volunteers who make Crossroads such a welcoming and wonderful place each and every week!
We’re grateful for this community—see you all next Sunday!
We can’t wait to worship together this Sunday at 9 & 11 AM as we continue our Creed series! This week, we’ll explore who Jesus was, what his sacrifice meant, and why it matters for us today.
After both services, join us for Tea with Tim, a chance to connect, share your story, and learn more about Crossroads and membership. We’ll also welcome new members at our 11 AM service—always a special moment!
Easter Offering Update:
Our Easter offering is underway, supporting our mission to serve and connect with our community. Our goal is $80,000, and every gift makes a difference. You can give at crossroadsnova.org/give (select "Easter Offering" in the dropdown).
We’re grateful for this church and all that’s ahead—see you Sunday in person or online!

All men high school age and older are invited to join us for a morning of good food, great conversation, and community at our next Men’s Breakfast!

Come hungry & bring a friend!

Curious about Crossroads or thinking about membership? Join us after worship in Ryan Chapel (Room 104) for a casual gathering with Pastor Tim and others. It’s a great opportunity to ask questions, meet new people, and learn more about who we are as a church!
Come enjoy a warm cup of tea and good conversation. We’d love to see you there!

Crossroads provides School Break Bundles to support Loudoun County students in Ashburn who rely on free or reduced meals at school. While many kids look forward to school breaks, for some, it brings uncertainty about their next meal.
You can help by giving $30 to sponsor a bundle or donating the needed food items: crossroadsnova.org/wp-content/uploads/2025/03/School-Break-Bundles-Spring-2025-1.pdf
Let's ensure that no child goes hungry during their break. Thank you for making a difference!
Don't forget about our fun Trivia Night on March 13th at 7pm! We have a great quizmaster, lots of people bring snacks, you can come by yourself or as a team of 6, it's free, and all are welcome! Check out this video and see how many sample questions you can answer (probably more than Pastor Tim 😆).

Friendly reminder that clocks spring forward tonight. See you tomorrow at 9am or 11am!
We are now in the season of Lent, a time to reflect on our faith and inner selves. This Sunday, we begin our new series, Creed, where we’ll explore the foundations of Christian beliefs and reflect on what it means to follow Jesus.
There are also many ways to get involved in the coming weeks!
This Sunday after worship: Join us for Community Connections to learn how we serve our local community and explore Volunteer Loudoun, our new volunteer database.
Next Sunday: Stay for Tea with Tim, a casual time to learn more about Crossroads and explore membership.
March 12: Help serve at the Homeless Shelter Dinner by providing food or volunteering.
March 13: Sign up for some brain-teasing fun at our Trivia Night!
Now through March 30: We’re collecting food and supplies for School Break Bundles to help ensure kids who rely on school meals have enough to eat over spring break.
We’re grateful to be part of a church that makes a difference! Worship with us at 9 AM or 11 AM, in person or online via our website or Facebook.
