The Best of the Best: You really should stop looking and pick up the phone to call David right now. Imagine this, the year is 2020, we are in the midst of the Coronavirus covid-19 global pandemic. You need to sell your first house because you just found your next dream home and desperately need the space with a growing family. Life has to go on even in a state of emergency and lockdown orders. Who do you call? David Rotan. This was our timeline for selling to give you an idea: Week 1 (3/9): First contact emailing David expressing our interest in buying and selling Week 1 (3/13): House walkthrough and listing consultation. We start packing, sprucing up the house, and get it ready for listing Week 4 (4/2): Listing goes live. Week 4 (4/3): First showing comes before the weekend and we get a strong offer! We accept the offer. Week 7 (4/27): We close on selling! We got through the whole process in under two months with David's guidance. Of course this is the best case scenario and may not happen for you, but I genuinely think that if it weren't for David, it wouldn't have happened for us either.
