When we design a logo for a community, we often create a few versions for use with different orientations. And Hartland's secondary logo just might be one of our favorites. The magnolia represents Hartland’s running theme of magnolia flowers which can be found in the trees behind the entry monuments, on the wall in their Info Studio, and in the name of their resident coffee stop, Maggie’s. And the triangles represent a life balance that Hartland strives to help their residents achieve. Plus, it looks darn good on their merchandise!

Congrats to Waterside Place at Lakewood Ranch and Farmers' Market at Lakewood Ranch on opening weekend! This past weekend kicked off Lakewood Ranch’s newest town center with over 9,000 visitors to the Farmers’ Market. We know it’s going to be a huge success.
