Happy Tasty Transformation Twofer work Ur TaTa's(Chest) Talented Tuesday! After we have had our 8ozs-16ozs of water as soon as we wake up! We are having our 1st Clean Healthy Tasty meal of 5-8 meals! Unless we're doing Intermittent fasting and/or Fasted Cardio! Then we are having our 1st meal at 10am or after our Fasted Cardio! Staying Hydrated and Fueled are key components to reaching our Transformation Goals! We also need to be working out hard! Are you working Ur TaTa's(Chest) today? I did Chest & Back! What are you doing for Twofer Tuesday? We're all very Talented people! How will you improve your Talent today?

Let's start our days with 8ozs-16ozs of water or water with Lemon squeezed into it or water with Lemon squeezed into it with Ginger or Cucumbers in it! These are all great ways to start our days! Soon after we have finished our water we should have our 1st meal of the day. Unless we're doing Intermittent fasting and/or Fasted Cardio! Then we are having our 1st meal at 10am or after we have finished our Fasted Cardio! Remember we don't have to be Loud to be Thunderous! We should be Thunderous in our Actions! We are concentrating on our Eccentric and Concentric contractions & varying our Time Under Tension & Time Between Sets during our workouts! We should be working our Humps/Glutes at least twice a week! Have you worked your Hump/Glutes this week? Today I did Shoulders & Arms! Yes I have worked my Glutes this week! After we have taken care of our workouts and necessities it's time to get a little Wacky Wicked Wild! But only when it's appropriate to get a little Wacky Wicked Wild! Happy Tasty Transformation Twofer work Ur TaTa's(Chest) Talented Tuesday! Are you working Ur TaTa's(Chest) today? Today I did Legs/Glutes! I did Chest & Back yesterday. To have the energy needed to get through our workouts we must eat are Tasty Clean Healthy meals! The 1st one being 15 to 30 minutes after waking up! Unless we're doing Intermittent fasting and/or Fasted Cardio! Then we have our 1st meal at 10am or once we have finished our Fasted session! But the very 1st thing we do is drink our water! We're stay both Hydrated and Fueled all day everyday! Doing this along with working out hard is how we will reach our Transformation Goals! It's not easy! It takes dedication consistency and perseverance! We are all very Talented people! We just have to push ourselves to have are talents come out! The Garage Personal Training Studio In Home!

Or is it a combination of them? For me it was the strength & power 1st! Then the aesthetics of it and then the health and wellness of it also! Now it's the combination of them all that's Motivational to me! For the outsiders it might seem Magical! But for those of us willing to put in the work we know it's hard work! Work that takes a very strong Positive Optimistic Mindset! Having this type of Mindset will help us through most things in our lives! Being Physically Mentally Emotionally and Spiritually fit is consistent work! That's not easy! I've learned to use Music to help keep me motivated while working out!
