In just a few months, many of LCPS’ students will be going to college and facing situations few educational settings prepare them for. Love Like Adam, a foundation created in memory of Adam Oakes, a Virginia Commonwealth University student and a Potomac Falls graduate who died of alcohol poisoning in 2021, is hoping to change this. In November, Love Like Adam shared a presentation with more than 200 PEER students to raise awareness about hazing.
