The condos and townhome-style condos listed below are in the Stanley Martin Condo community across from Trader Joe's and the Exxon gas station AND the One Central Park mid-rise condo building behind the Exxon gas station.

For the purists, these condos and townhome-style condos are not part of the "One Loudoun" HOA; however, I do include them in the market reports due to their proximity to the One Loudoun Community.
