The answer comes down to a few skills and preferences. โฌ๏ธ
๐ The SAT tends to be better for strong, analytical readers and critical thinkers.
โ๏ธ The ACT tends to appeal to strong writers.
โ Students who are less skilled at pacing themselves might prefer the SAT.
๐ฌ Students who are good at science might prefer the ACT.
๐ฉ Students who find doing math without a calculator to be difficult might prefer the ACT.

Hybrid learning may no longer be a requirement, but it could be a preference. A January 2022 survey published by the Institute of Education Sciences reported that 62% of all public schools offer hybrid learning to all students and 38% offer it to some students.
