10 years ago today we picked up the keys and opened the door to G-Force Gymnastics Training Center! So much has happened in those 10 years and so many gym babies have grown up in our gym. We are so blessed to have such an amazing gym family and truly appreciate all of your support over the years.

Through Covid shut downs and Gym moves, to driving up and down the coast to pick up equipment and attend meets. We wouldn't trade any of this.

We do what we do because we LOVE what we do! Providing a fun and upbeat place to teach and train our athletes has been our vision all along. We could not have done it without you all! Hard to believe we used to all squeeze into one gym and now we have a beautiful recreation and camp center and a brand new team training facility!!! Bittersweet to leave our little gym, so many memories over the years. This place is a second home to many.

Almost 10 years to the day we have moved into our new team facility and we are excited for where the future will take us all!

OHHHH BABY!!!! We are excited to announce we will begin our Sweet Peas program for ages 1- 3 years old this month with our beloved Coach Kate! Sweet Peas is a Parent/Guardian and Me class that will flow easily into our Jungle Gym program. We currently have limited space in our Wednesday classes. Sweet Peas is an educational gymnastics program designed to promote physical, social and cognitive development in children 1 to 3 years old. Early childhood provides important windows of developmental opportunity. Basic components of a child’s neural development are genetically coded, however, trillions of finer neural connections are unprogrammed, and they are heavily influenced by enriching early childhood experiences. Research shows that movement and sensory activities strengthen and bond synapses – the essential connections between neurons. Sweet Peas’ Educational Gymnastics curriculum helps forge the architecture of a child’s brain that will serve him or her for a lifetime.

G-Force Team Alum, Blake Hazel spent National Gymnastics Day swinging parallel bars on a moving float through NYC at the Stueben Parade! What a great experience! We LOVE seeing our gym babies thriving in the gymnastics world. Blake competes for Temple University.
